Abstract In Malaysia, English language is the secondary for most of people and they usually rely on education system to learn especially in learning how read pronounce words correctly. As a multiracial country, Malaysians have many dialects according different states, which can affect children’s pronunciation language. Consequently, their own style dialect causes children struggle developing right during early years school. The will be exposed proper at school but limited weekdays hours. Therefore, technology computerized applications has high potential help young kids reading with correct pronunciation. This paper presents development mobile application speech implementation based Flutter framework reader assistant. project evaluated subjective satisfaction towards terms overall functionality application, ease login into difficulty provided application. Based study, an average mean score 3.36 obtained users feel that deliver its function purpose users. conclusion, should able aid improving skills
